How much to cleanup water damage mold?

I have a foreclosure property that I buy, and two weeks before the pipes burst and caused and that its shape is always in the pole vault in the basement. What is the cost, this solution is correct provided that the update property is finally dried? There are approximately 600 square feet of moisture and mold, and there is good access B / C of a full basement, exposed ceiling and torn carpets. There are a few pieces buckle sub floor. A condition very big house high. No problem at all, only the burst pipe, which occurred two weeks ago. The carpet was removed to dry the property.

If black mold, I would think twice to buy the property. The disclosure laws will be extremely difficult to sell to you.
